What are Executive Function skills?
Executive Functions are life management skills that we all need in order to be effective in planning, initiating, and achieving daily goals at home and in the workplace. They are trainable and coachable with time and the right tools.

- Exploring techniques for tracking productivity to help you stick to the plan once you’ve set it in motion
Failure to launch refers to an extended pause in the typical developmental process of a young adult. Someone who has "failed to launch" could be someone who is approaching adulthood and does not yet have a career or the education and training needed to pursue a desired path.

- Introduce and explore tools and apps that can help monitor success and progress
- Identifying and utilizing accountability partners and other support systems when appropriate
- Breaking down tasks into manageable pieces and building in positive rewards/thinking habits to increase productivity
- Creating physical and mental boundaries to improve focus and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and housemates
- Advocating for your needs to both improve communication with others at work and home and access resources to support effective functioning
- Implementing meaningful incentives to help you stick to your plans
- Evaluating the consequences of technology aversion to develop new mindsets and approaches toward habit-changing
- Assessing the cost of technology fatigue to prioritize which new technologies are essential to learn (and which you can still avoid)
- Developing ways of advocating your boss or colleagues for the support you need to effectively learn new technologies to effectively do your job
